Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

i live in baltimore and want to move to tallahassee and need to know what i have to have done in order to move with my son. im not divorced yet but i have my son and have for 4yrs with almost no contact from my wife. basicly i need to know what will keep me here in MD.

If you don't have contact with your wife, and there isn't a matter or order before the court, I don't see anything that would keep you in Maryland. At this point, it would be like any other marriage where the spouses have equal rights to the child and can move between the states at will.
