motorcycle title

my x husband signed a title with a lien on it over to me I paid the lien off and got a new loan when I paid it off they told me, he has to sign the clear title, which now he won't do. Do I have a leg to stand on to get this bike title to me.

Once your ex signed over the title, you should be able to get a new title from MVA in your name alone. Once the lien is paid off, the lender should file a lien release, and then you would have clear title.

Was there an agreement between you and your ex-husband that he would sign title of the vehicle over to you? If so, what did you promise him in return? Did the court order that your husband turn title to the bike over to you?
