Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

My partner was taken to the hospital due to a fall and suffered problems with blood on the brain. His daughter has gained medical power of attorney because I could not provide two documents with our names on them except for a lease and a signature note from the bank allowing him to have access to my funds. The hospital did not accept the bank note, only the lease. Therefore, I have not been allowed to see my partner of 16 years. His daughter has never liked me and is keeping him from me. Now that he is out of the hospital and living with his daughter do I have any legal way of speaking to him?

Now that he is out of the hospital, there is no legal or illegal way of speaking with him. Call him on the phone.
