Question regarding a postnuptial Agreement

Hello,

Me & my husband want to get a legal document that will bind us in case of divorce or death. How do we do so? is it necesary to get a lawyer or can we download a prepared adocument from the internet? If so how valid is that statement?

I assume what you are talking about are Wills, which would cover death, and a marital separation agreement, which would apply in case of divorce or separation. These are two very distinct documents, and you would be wise to consult with an attorney who is experienced in these areas.
