Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland
If my spouse has already filed for a divorce this past april and I still have not been served the papers, am I able to file for the divorce to get it started or do I have to wait to be served. I live in the sate of Maryland

You can answer her divorce action without being served, that will move the action along.
