Stop Payment on Child support check

I have a money judgment against NCP for overdue child support. The NCP's new boyfriend insisted that he was going to handle the case and would not permit me to speak with NCP about payments. boyfriend made $200 payment and then called few days later to see if I received payment. Well when I went to cash check it came back 10 days later that the boyfriend stopped payment on check. Can I sue the boyfriend for the monies owed since he wrote a bad check. It was his bank account but she was authorized user. NCP wrote check but bank stated boyfriend stopped payment. Thanks

The judgment is against the girlfriend. Sue the girlfriend.
