Can I throw my 25 year old kid out?

My 25 year old daughter moved back in my maryland house? (I am sole title holder) My wife doesnt want to throw her out but I do. Can I do this? Do I need to go to court?

You have the right to tell her to leave. Hopefully this can be accomplished in such a way as to avoid straining the relationship with your wife. If she refuses to leave, contact the police.

Yes, you can throw her out. You do not need to go to court but if she refuses, she can be removed on the basis of trespass.
