Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

My wife has committed adultery and we have physical proof (from a private investigator). My wife even took our 2 1/2 year old son around her boyfriend. We are not even legally separated, we are still living in the same house. My wife is now trying to provoke me and flaunting her adulterous relationship in my face. I have not filed for divorce yet. I would like to get custody of the kids and remain in the family home. What are my chances of this happening? Does her behavior affect her being awarded custody?

The court will take into consideration her relationship. The court will consider giving you custody based on your information. You need to file for divorce based on adultery.
