Legal Question in Medical Leave in Maryland

Employer changed my job position to one I did not want, but salary dd not change. I went out on leave due to depression caused by job chnage. I am on leave under the FMLA. May employer reduce my salary while I am on FMLA

It all depends. You are no protected from all adverse job actions just because you are on FMLA. The question is whether the change in salary would have occurred even if you had not been on FMLA? Have others also had their salaries decreased?
