is to late to make payment arrange to keep from my wages garnishment. i receive notice from the court that I have 30 day to file a motion to vacate the judgement. I don't want to vacte the judgement. because I do old them amount. Just want keep from garnishing my wages. Not sure what to do next.

Contact the plaintiff or their attorney and try to arrange a payment schedule, or a lump sum payment for which they may be willing to give you a discount. If you can work this out they can terminate the garnishment, but keep in mind that if you breach the agreement it can be reinstituted.
