Legal Question in Immigration Law in Maryland

my i 130 denied today after three years of all those interviews and paper works, immogration is not satisfied with my marriage as a bona fined marriage..and called my marriage "sham". they send me a letter and ask for more proof if i want to prove this marriage truthful. my question is when can i appeal and how time a have to do so. and how much time it will take to do all that again. my service center is baltimore.

Sorry to hear about denial. You should review the denial letter from the USCIS. If appeal is possible, it gives you the date of the denial (usually, stamped on the letter) and how long you have to file an appeal or motion (usually, 30 days).
