Me amd my wife try to submit a i 864and i 864a for her parents and me and my wife file joint tax return do we have to submit all tax return copy 2 time or just one ? and how i setup my envelop frist i 864 for for my wife then her papaer work then i 864a for my salf and paper work do i have to use paper clip or steplar can you halp me out do i have to send bank statment or not me and my wife make 57000 anualy thats good or not

You just have to submit your most recent joint tax return & W-2's, as long as you meet the poverty guidelines. If you don't, that's when you need to include bank statements & proof of other assets. Please refer to the I-864 instructions at www.uscis.gov, under the link :"forms".

I would not worry about how you organize the documents, as long as they are stapled together and complete, it will be fine.
