Legal Question in Immigration Law in Maryland

No Govt ID., Biometrics Fingerprinting

Hi

I came to the US on a student scholarship but due to financial issues, I dropped out and my status became affected. I got married to my girlfriend 02-14-07 and she decided to eventually file for me. Now I have been sent a letter to go do my fingerprinting but the problem is I lost my passport few months ago and it is still being processed. It takes months before I can get one. Now I dont have any government issued ID for the fingerprinting, only copies of my passport and visa pages. What can I do, since I really dont want to move the fingerprinting date forward or wait for my new passport since it might take months.

Re: No Govt ID., Biometrics Fingerprinting

Take the documents you have with a copy of your applications. They may allow the biometrics anyway. Good luck!
