Second Interview in Baltimore

Hi Sir,

My wife and I had our initial interview on Dec 8th and the IO didn't seem satisfied with our evidence. While we felt we had plenty, we didn't have anything from when we first got married in 2005 (we were separated for 2 years). Most of the evidence we had wa from Jan 08 to Nov 08 and that bothered him. Now we got called in for a 2nd interview. Is this going to be a Stokes interview? Does it usually stipulate ''Stokes''on the interview notice because ours just said to come by to speak to an officer. Thanks for your help.

Re: Second Interview in Baltimore

It will be an interview where you and your spouse are separated and questioned separately. It will be very detailed, practically to the level of detail you can expect in a court of law in a criminal case. The second interview notice normally does not bear any special remarks such as "Stokes", etc.
