Legal Question in Immigration Law in Maryland

I recently moved to Maryland in September and meet a non resident alien here on a visa...so he says...we married on November 20th this year...before the marriage he was sweet and caring and always wanted to do things together...After the marriage all he talks about is getting his green card and doesn't want to go out with me anymore. He prefers to sleep in the living room and our sex life has stopped unless I make a big deal out of it...I'm starting to feel it was all a lie just so he can get a green card. Whenever I try to bring this up about it he gets upset. And I've just had enough and feel used and neglected. Can I get an annulment in Maryland? I can't prove he did it as fraud or coerced me into it. We were happy before the marriage. What can I do? I haven't started the paperwork for his green card yet.
