Re: please withdraw my support

Dear Terese: We spoke with USCIS regarding this situation (hypothetically). Apparently, a green card will be delayed because of the revocation and reinstatement of support. USCIS could not tell me how long the delay would be, but they could only confirm that a situation like this would cause a delay. The letter likely was removed from his file, but his green card will still be delayed. If you wish to pursue this matter further, please call Ashley of my office to arrange a detailed intake interview. Best, A.P. Tel.:(301) 279-8773
