Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Maryland

I have purchased a 2009 GMC Acadia in December 2008. The car has had the engine light come on 3 times resulting in the timing chain having to be replaced at 16,000 miles. After the timing chain being replaced my car no longer has the power that it use to have. They have also issued a recall to take out the heating element for the windshield and they do not have a replacement which means I lose the heated winshield which is the main reason I brought the car. I called the corporate office and they tell me there is nothing that I can do. Shouldn't GM be held responsible for this? Because of all the repairs, I can't even sell the car without all the problems showing up on the carfax report. My car only has 21,000 miles and now I feel that I have been cheated. What can I do?
