my daughter has a boss that had her salt a frozen parkinglot and she slipped several times and she is three months pregnant. she feels he is upset with her over being pregnant and wants her to quit.

You didn't state a question. If she wants that job, she can stay. If she doesn't want it, she can move on. There's no law against being a jerk.
