Legal Question in Employment Law in Maryland

At my job, I work as an assistant in an activity program for seniors with different types of memory loss. The woman who runs the program is my boss and she gives me all of my assignments. I've worked with her for almost three years, but in the last few months she has made several racist remarks against African-Americans and Hispanics and she has encouraged our impaired seniors in making racist remarks against African-Americans. I'm not African-American or Hispanic myself, but I have strong personal objections to the kind of remarks she has made and agreed with. I feel unable to voice my problem to her or her supervisor because I'm the only assistant and it would be obvious who complained. It already feels like I'm being punished because I think my discomfort is obvious, she's been sending me home early and has been very curt with me lately. I can't quit my job and there is no way for me to be transferred. Is there anything I can do?
