Legal Question in Employment Law in Maryland
In the state of maryland, can you record video of someone stealing from your employer without the employee's consent? the employer building has surviellance cameras around the building just not in this one area which I know he is active around when he shouldn't be.

Just dont record the audio. In Maryland it is not permissible to record audio of someone without their permission. However, video images are ok.
