Legal Question in Employment Law in Maryland

i work for a national company headquartered in PA, and has a district office in VA. If i am going to file a claim for multiple work place violations such as gross workplace harassment, discrimination, hostile work environment etc. where should i obtain my counsel from PA or VA.

Mind you i work out of the VA/DC/MD District office. all three.

I reside in Maryland

File were you work if you are talking EEOC complaint. If you work in VA then file there. Your employer would have had to file a foreign corporation doing business in VA so filing there would be applicable. If your matter morphs into a lawsuit then you and your attorney will determine which the best jurisdiction to file the complaint will be.
