Legal Question in Employment Law in Maryland
was i wrong
I was dismissed from home depot for fasleafiying millage and time and attendance forms.I filled out forms as directed by store manager and ast. managers.I have been sent to customers homes almost every day to repair or install door,window,tile,sink,counter top,kitchen cabinets and many other items.I was told to fill time sheet for my hours and for millage which i did as directed.I have been doing this for over seven years.I was paid my hourly rate,but the customer was charged regular inst. price which home depot collected.there has never been a problem w/store level mangt.in all this time.

Your question seems to be did you do something wrong. You say you filled out the forms as instructed by your supervisor. However, in doing so were the forms falsified? If yes, were you aware of that? You never say. Without further information your question cannot be answered. You need to see a competent attorney who is familiar with employment law.
