How can children remove a person living at their mothers home. Mother is in hospital for unknown amount of time. Person is unrelated, pays no rent and has access to her checkbook, on-line accounts and home.

If your mother is competent, obtain a power of attorney from your mother.
Thereafter, you have to move forward with formal eviction proceedings.
