Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Maryland

Dear, lawers

The condominium Association is stated that i own them some money because of water damage that i happened back in 3or 4 year ago, my understanding was the condo inssurance was going to pay for it, now i have a Writ of Summons to appear in court on October 28, I am really confused and furious about all this, Can someone please tell me what to do

You need to get the date of the incident with the water damage. You may be able to defend on the basis of the statute of limitations -- in other words, the time for them to bring a claim has run out. You should speak to an attorney.
