judgement
I recently had a judgement against me. I do not have the money to pay it. What can I expect the other party to do?

Those that win judgments have several ways they can attempt to collect. Two of the often used methods are (1) wage garnishment; (2) lien on assets, including bank accounts. These aren't the only methods.
