Putting money in escrow
Can you please tell me if I can put money into escrow due to the landlord signing a lease with me and then refusing to move out of the house that i have occupied and am paying rent on.

Re: Putting money in escrow
If you have placed money for deposit of a rental unit and this money is illegally held from you then you may be entitled to further damages. Please contact my office with proof of payment and a lease agreement.
