We just renewed the lease of an apartment for a year but after that both the occupants laid off from their jobs now leasing center can't allow them to move out of the apartment beacuse they can't brak the lease so is there is any way we can move out of the apartment?

You are obligated by the terms of your lease agreement. Check your lease to see what it says about early termination and the notice that is required. There is also helpful information at http://www.oag.state.md.us/Consumer/landlords.htm
