Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Maryland

i rented a room in my basement without my landlords knowledge.i'm moving out and the roommates refuse to leave or pay to stay. what should we do. i don't want to leave my landlord stuck in this situation.

You can wait until your subtenant (your are a sublandlord) fails to pay rent and then move to have them evicted in Court. Otherwise, your landlord will have to do it.
