Vacation of property

Is it lawful in the state of Maryland (Prince George's county)to have a clause in the contract for a commercial property lease stating that Landlord has the right at any time during said lease of poperty to ask Tenant to vacate the property within 60 days?

As a general rule, laws governing commercial leasing of property impose fewer contraints on landlords and, consequently, ensure and protect fewer rights for the lessees of such property, as opposed to laws governing residential leases, which do just the opposite.

Therefore the answer to your question is, probably, yes.
