How many w/d units are requried to be in each apartment complex? My residential complex has a total of 3 building in my area as far as i know and out of the three buildings there are about 20 apartments in each and they only have 2 w/d units available for all residents. Is that a violation or anything or is that perfectly legal?

Unless your lease expressly states that a landlord will provide washers and dryers there is no legal requirement that an apartment owner provide washer/dryer facilities at all.
