Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Maryland

I gave birth to preterm twins in 2007..i was hight risk because i had my other two sons early,& the sonogram showed mild funneling in my cervix w/ the twins.In2010 I had a baby preterm and got a cerclage[stitch in cervix]though she was born early I carried her nearly to full term..Dose it seem possible that I could bring a law suit on the doctor from2007 because I needed a stitch in 2007..My twins died...

I am sorry to hear of the loss of your twins. Note that medical malpractice cases are extremely fact sensitive and very difficult to adequately analyze in on online post. Generally speaking the law requires that most lawsuits be filed within three years of the wrongdoing/negligence, though there are some exceptions to this general rule.
