Husbands rights

My husband is due to leave the military nov 2002 iam wondering how the declaration of war could possibly effect his status thank you

There are numerous ways that your husband can be effected ranging from allowing him to leave the service on time and then be recalled for a number of years to placing him on extended service and keeping him active until the crisis or war passes.
