Accident while children playing

My daughter accidentally broke another childs tooth while playing outside in a common play area. Her water bottle accidentally hit him in the mouth. Am I liable to pay dental fees?

Not unless your daughter was previously known by you to be aggressive around other children and you were not exercising appropriate supervision.
