Legal Question in Personal Injury in Maryland

Chicken Bone

I was eating a Weight Watchers SmartOnes frozen entree when I bit down into a piece of chicken and felt something hard, turns out it was an inch long chicken bone. Luckily, I didn't choke or swall it. Do I have a case against Weight Watchers SmartOnes? No where on the box does it give a warning that bones could possibly be present in the chicken?

Re: Chicken Bone

It appears that you sustained no injury, so there is no basis for a claim, even if they are at fault for failing to debone the product.
