Construction defect in our new home which led to mold infestation

we moved into our new home o jauary 2006. july of that year we had water intrution through the windows. we notified the builder who did not do anything about it till 10 days till it grew mold. on the 11 day the builder brought in servpro to perform mold remediation. the mold remediation was not successful. our family were all getting sick so we did get an enviromentalist involve to perform indoor air quality wchich came back positive with mold. currently, all my 4 children has been diagnosed with asthma. my attorney the get a counsellor involve and want us to settle out of court and release the builder free and clear including personal injury

I'm not sure what your question is, but if you want to know whether you should settle your case, you will have to provide more facts. Hopefully you hired a skilled and experienced attorney who is familiar with this kind of lawsuit and has advised you of the costs of going to trial and of the risks you face in putting the case in the hands of a judge or jury.
