Defamation of character; harassment

MY husband is threatening to contact my company about my relationship with a co-worker. We are filling for divorce and I'm not contesting the matrital separation agreement that his lawyer has written. How can I prevent his actions legally?

You can put in the separation and divorce agreements a section in which your husband agrees not to contact your employer, supervisors, or co-workers. Proper language should be written by an attorney you hire, which includes penalties for violating the section.
