I am buying a trained personal protection dog I want to know what laws apply if I should have to give the command to attack Havin been vandelized numerous times in the past 18 years I am sure it is gonna happen again Thanks Jerry

You need to make sure you are able to control your dog so that it only attacks on your command or in a situation where it is obvious that you or someone in your proximity is in danger. If the dog attacks someone who is merely in its vicinity but not threatening, you could be held liable, since you are aware of the dog's propensities.
