Legal Question in Personal Injury in Maryland

Misrepresenation of personal injury claims re: Traffic accident

Finder binder - my fault. No insurance. agree to pay deductible. Other driver claims bodily injury (accident was in a parking lot - less than 1 mile and hour - backing out)

Can I ask for proof of diagnosis along with hospital bill to prove that the driver should not have been given bodily injury money (I will pay emergeny room bill also?

Side by side estimate of damages to car show repairs not in line with bumper damage. Can I dispute the additional repair work?

Going to court in May. Only disputing extra- unjust damages (bodily injury and auto repairs not consistant with accident (right fender only).

I cannot caution you enough. Representing yourself in this matter can have devastating consequences. There are many more issues involved than what your question indicates.

Bodily injury involves proving causation. Amoung the related matters is sufficiency of evidence.

You can dispute property damage valuation. This, however, appears to be an issue of necessity for the work and/or reasonableness of service charges.

Again, I cannot underscore the importance of these matters being properly addressed. Without insurance you will need to acquire your own counsel.
