motorcycle accedent

My stepson is twenty years old and drives a motorcycle without a motorcycle drivers licence the bike is not safe by any meens . he lives with me and his mother. if he is in an accedent ca his mother and I be sued?

Not unless you are a title owner of the motorcycle. He is an adult and responsible for his own actions.
