Legal Question in Personal Injury in Maryland

School Liability for Condom Failure/

Is there any history of a school being sued for distributing a condom during sexuality education and the condom failed?

If not, would the student or the families have a legal case?

It's highly unlikely the school system could be held responsible for the condom failure. Presumably the school administrators were not aware of the defective nature of the particular condom involved in your scenario. Obviously they didn't create the defect nor alter the product in such a way as to render it defective.
