If you appeal a judgement in district court and appeal is granted and bond posted can Plantiff continue to file weekly summons in district court creating weekly court dates before appeal is heard in Circuit Court ( filing are on previously ruled issues)?

If the new filings deal with issues that were not raised by the original case now on appeal, he can do this.
