What is the consideration recital in a deed from a husband to a husband and wife
Pretty much as the subject line suggests. If a husband owns property as sole owner and wants to deed the property to himself and his wife as t/e, what should the recital on consideration state?

Since presumably no consideration is being paid for the addition of the wife to the title, it should state "no consideration".
