What happens after the court dismiss a foreclosure in maryland?

It depends on the reason for the dismissal. If it was due to a procedural error by the lender, they will probably correct it and start over. The debt and delinquency remains in place. If you are the homeowner, it would be a good idea to see if the lender is willing to try and work out a restructuring or modification, if that is what you want.
