Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Maryland

I was dating a man whom I let stay in my home (temporarily) though I have broken up with him at least 10 times, I give him month after month --treatening to call the police, and he still will not leave. It has been 5months and he has not paid a dime towards anything because he won't work and has no transportation. He is verbally abusive and tells me "I don't have anywhere to go and I just have to give him more time" when his brother lives 15min away and mother has a 4 bed room home in PA---this man is 45yrs old, and I cannot continue to pay for everything---he is ruining me financially. I worry what he is doing in my home all day long when I'm at work.....PLEASE HELP>

You need to contact the police and ask them to put him out, he is nothing but a trespasser at this time. You should also change your locks if he has a key to insure against his ability to reenter.
