land sale contract
My mom owns the house we live in. We are purchasing the home from her and the mortgage company wants us to draw up a land sale contract. What does this mean and where can I find a copy of a land sale contract? Thanks.

It means they want a written contract. Your lawyer can prepare one for you (you should have a lawyer conduct the settlement, and s/he can also prepare the contract).
