Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Maryland

what are my legal options if i want to compel my sister to take me off the mortgage from a house we co-own ,since she does not want to refinance and take me off the mortgage and neither does she want me to refinance and take her off the mortgage.She does not likewise want to sell it but I want to move out and live on my own.

You can file a partition action in the Circuit Court in the County where the property is located. You will ask the Court to partition or divide the property. It will likely be sold and the proceeds divided between the owners.
