Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Maryland

I live in maryland and i am single. my house is worth $200,000 and my mortgage

is $75000. If i die what happens with the mortgage?

The mortgage continues as a lien on the property, and if your heirs/estate do not pay it, the lender can foreclose.
