What documentation does a mortgage company need in order to begin foreclosure proceedings? How long does that take to foreclose on a home? What can I do if my my loan was not finalized?

Re: Real Estate Foreclosure

if deed of trust has been properly filed docketing foreclosure is easy for mortgage company. newly enacted maryland law assures you some extra notice time, but you should contact a lawyer for advice. this is not a matter that can be handled without counsel, esp. if you need to challenge the paperwork.
