Reporting Income from realestate

If I have a llc in NV and all my income goes to a bank acct in NV but I live in MD, is my income reported under NV or MD?

If Nevada has a law capturing income from non-residents on NV property, you will pay there but get a corresponding credit on your MD return. You should consult your tax adviser for more details.
