roomates + rent
How do you kick out someome who is on lease but has not paid his share of rent for four months? We still have till august on current lease.

This is a tough problem if he won't leave voluntarily. Obviously the landlord will look to everyone on the lease if there is a default in the rent. In that case the landlord can evict all of you. You could sue him in small claims court for the rent you've paid on his behalf, but unless he's working it would be difficult to collect.
